Alison Kanter is a Sarasota real estate advisor and a partner at Danielle Gladding & Co. Realty, the boutique luxury firm she co-leads with her mother, Broker Danielle Gladding, on Longboat Key, Florida. A Sarasota native, Alison earned her B.A. from Furman University and her MBA from Clemson University before returning home to build their mother-daughter team. She is an accredited Waterfront Specialist, a Certified Residential Listing Specialist, and a graduate of Leadership Sarasota — credentials she pairs with a sharp analytical mind shaped by her business school training.

Alison brings a rare combination to luxury real estate: she is serious about strategy and pricing data, and genuinely fun to work with.
