Danielle, a seasoned Broker with over 35 years of Real Estate experience, works as a Broker of her own boutique firm focusing on the Longboat Key and Sarasota area. She is accredited as a Waterfront Specialist, Luxury Homes Specialist, Buyers Agent, and Residential Listing Specialist, offering personalized solutions for her clients.

 

Deeply rooted in Sarasota for nearly five decades, Danielle's intimate knowledge of the area's neighborhoods ensures tailored guidance for her clients. Actively involved in community organizations, she is dedicated to enhancing the Sarasota and Manatee communities. She currently serves as a board member on Save Our Seabirds and the State College of Florida Foundation.

Alison's journey in real estate is rooted in her upbringing in the stunning surroundings of Sarasota. Following her academic pursuits, culminating in a B.A. from Furman University and an MBA from Clemson University, she returned to her hometown to be near family and the place she loves most. With designations as a Waterfront Specialist and Certified Residential Listing Specialist, and a Leadership Sarasota graduate, she navigates the real estate landscape with confidence and diligence.

 

Serious about her work yet infusing it with fun, Alison ensures her clients enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience. When not assisting clients, she can be found soaking up the sun with her beloved dogs, Winston, Willow, and Fira, aboard her boat in Sarasota Bay. Alison currently serves on the board of the Humane Society of Sarasota County, where she passionately advocates for all animals.
